Yay for Top Ten Tuesday! This weekly feature is brought to us by The Broke and the Bookish, one of my favorite bookish blogs! Each week, we have a different theme, this week is Top Ten Authors I’ve Read the Most Books From. I don’t know if I can do this justice really, but I shall give it a shot.

Laurie Halse Anderson
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, LHA is amazing. Her books tackle some really tough subjects but do so in a way that educates and doesn’t demean the reader. I love her as an author and she’s overall a really cool lady.
2. Libba Bray
Whether it is her paranormal/supernatural/historical fiction books or her more contemporary novels, I love the voices of Bray’s characters and how unique each of them are.
3. Rick Riordan
Love his take on mythology and his ability to write from the point of view of so many different characters and have them all sound unique.
4. Marissa Meyer
Now one of my favorite authors (and she does NaNoWriMo which makes her even cooler in my eyes) her Lunar Chronicles series has me hooked and I can’t wait to see more from her.
5. Rainbow Rowell
I just adore her and her writing style. I love how real her characters feel to me and how I can relate to them in some way. Plus, I’m stoked about Carry On coming out later this year.
6. Tahereh Mafi
While the first book in the Shatter Me series wasn’t my favorite, each of the other books got better and better. Her writing style is unique and beautiful and I am excited to see what her other books are like!
7. Neil Gaiman
Do I really have to explain this one, because really? He’s amazing. His books give me nightmares that are still somehow beautiful.
8. J.K. Rowling
While I still have to read her non-Potter books, I do have them on my e-reader. Another one I don’t feel like I really have to explain haha.
Yeah I’ve read a lot of books that aren’t necessarily part of a series or authors who have only written a book or two, so this isn’t a complete list, or very accurate. These are just authors whose books I’ve loved enough to read more!
Neil Gaiman reminds me of Clive Barker for some reason. I know Clive Barker goes way into blood and guts so maybe Neil is an updated, older version of Clive! I haven’t read any of Neil’s books although his favorites are my favorites. Must read him soon!
Great list!
MY TTT
I’ve never read much Clive Barker. Most of what I’ve read by Neil Gaiman isn’t too gory, but I have heard that some of his graphic novels/comics are. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Riordan and Rowling made my list too as Honorable Mentions. I love Rainbow Rowell, BUT I’ve only read one novel (so far). I plan on reading more. Ditto with the Lunar Chronicles, I’ve only read Cinder.

Rowell’s books are great! I love her writing style. And The Lunar Chronicles are so much fun! Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Oops, that totally was not my link. But Erika’s list is good too. Here’s mine. 🙂 http://hiddenstaircase.net/2015/08/11/ttt-top-ten-authors-ive-read-the-most-books-from/
Hahah that’s ok 🙂 I will check them both out.
