This month I have quite a few books I hope to read. Can I get through all of them? We’ll see 🙂

Please excuse the iffy lighting and my learning how to film and edit videos. I guess I can only learn with experience!
Once again, one of my favorite books being banned because of bogus reasons.
Tonight Tracy and I talked about The Absolutely True Diary of a Part Time Indian by Sherman Alexie and how it is so groundbreaking and important for young adults to read.
Check out some articles on this issue:

Tracy and I chatted this evening about some amazing news from Laurie Halse Anderson!
In this video I talk about what you can expect in the next couple of weeks from Amanda’s Nose in a Book.
I also talk about the books that I bought the other day at the River’s End Bookstore (which I am very excited to read and tell you all what I thought).
I think I need to start doing my videos on a different computer. My crappy laptop can’t handle it very well.
Tracy (Bray and Books), Sarah, and I talk about our love for young adult literature, the stigma that it has, and our favorite YA authors & books.
Check out Tracy’s blog at http://brayandbooks.wordpress.com/
and Sarah’s “Read It Maybe” music video here
Tracy (from Bray and Books) schools me on character shipping. We talk about couples we love, couples we hate, and ones that are just plain weird!
What is your take on shipping? What are some couples you love, hate, or want to see?
Of course the screen cap for the video has me making the most ridiculous face haha. Sorry for the technical difficulties. This will hopefully be the last video that I have to make on my laptop. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can use the Mac from now on.
Good Morning! I decided to put together a quick post for you this morning about one of my favorite books, The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. Check out my video review (discussion about the book), followed by two book trailers that I thought described the book very well!
The above book trailer gave me the chills (so good!)
